Case is all stainless steel, two-piece press-fit type, dated M0; nice original dial with luminous hands; Swiss made manual-wind 17-jewel movement dated M1; non-original band.

Just one thing, the date code on the back M0 suggests it's a 1960 Bulova Storm King "A"?

So if the movement had been changed at some point, with let's say an M4 or something else, that would make it a 1964 watch regardless of the date code on the case back?

1961 Bulova Storm King "A" and a nice clean example. I am inclined to call in a 1960 based on the case date code but will defer to the rest of the panel.
