I had to snag this guy. So cool looking. Really tiny stamped M0 on the back under the serial number = 1960. The back is pretty unusual Bulova etc around the outside. "Watch Company Inc" No way to get the back off so as it's waterproof I'm assuming from the front. I really liked be the black dial contrasting with the red seconds hand.
Maybe a Clipper variant?
I saw this one and thought second about the yellow accents with a steel case, but maybe it is correct. I like the look.
I would say it is a match to the Midshipman 'B'
I just posted the 'A'. That one had a datestamp inside. Cases are slightly different (curvature at lug ends, back design).

The Bulova Midshipman has a sub second. This has a center second.
