On the back it says Bulova International Ltd, Shock Resistant, Anti-magnetic, Waterproof and Stainless Steel Back

Yes. It’s Bulova International Limited
Similar in case style to this 1968 Banker. Hands are also a match.
Hello Cranleigh, welcome to myBulova. I'm not sure watch model this watch is. Bulova produced a line of watches that weren't imported to the US. Because most of the adverts we have are from US publications we don't always find matches for them. I suspect this is one of the 'International' models based on the back cover marking you mention.
My ID is tentative 1961 Bulova International.

A movement photo would help to see if there is an import code stamped on it. Based on caseback stamping, I would call it an International for Non-US market.
