1960 NOS (New Old Stock) Bulova Promotional BF Goodrich tire watch. Original clam shell display case and outer storage box as shown. This one is perfect, the rubber of the tire is still soft and pliable, I can't imagine it's spent much time out of it's boxes. Movement carries "MO" date code but is also stamped '64' so I'm wondering if it's a 1964 model. I rather suspect that the 10200W stamped in the case back is actually the Bulova model number.

I've seen these before, rather interesting company promo. I feel as though I've also seen that 64 stamp on the movement plate in other watches I have worked on with various datecodes of that era. I don't know enough about the movements to really say, but I believe the M0 is the main datestamp and it should be a 1960. I like the matching display case. The pricelists do not have the 10200W reference number listed, so I don't know what the name would be; perhaps Bulova Promotion.

A quick look at the few 11AF examples on site appear to show they all have this stamp on the plate. I also have one with a '65' stamp, and an M7 11ALC with a '64'. It would appear that this series of movement consistently has a stamp in that location; not sure the purpose or meaning of it, but I'm thinking it is not indicating a date different to the one on the barrel bridge.
