Crop your photos before you resize them
You are brave to start watch repair on a ladies model. Very difficult due to their small size. It might be best to start with a larger movement or even a pocket watch. The dexterity to manipulate small screws actually takes time and practice. Trust me I lost so many screws that just went flying not to mention springs.
