A beautiful A17A that i got with a broken mainspring. It is now running beautifully. other than the small crack in the crystal at 6 (which i am waiting for the replacement for), and someone (not me) who was incredibly clumsy with a screwdriver on the barrel bridge, this piece is in incredible shape. If you are interested in buying let me know and i can send high resolution pics.
Another fine example of a Bulova Military Issue A17A
Great looking watch Aaron. I just don't have any knowledge about the mil spec Bulovas. I'm going to wait for everyone else to weigh in and then agree with the crowd. (hey, at least I'm honest about it)

Ok. Why are the hands different on Aaron's hack than my Dads. There both 1958 A17A variant. 6433a. Military issue. On Aaron's they are needle points verses the leaf shape. What's the standard model ?
Nice watch, Aaron. I'm always surprised when a movt shows such damage from unskilled hands.. I had an IWC that looked like a Beaver had been chewing on the plates.
