My Grandfather received this watch on his 25th anniversary with Western Publishing. He wore it every day until he passed in 1999. I inherited it. The hands were rusty and the paint on the dial was flaking off, and it wasn't running. I had it "restored" in 2002. Unfortunately they painted the whole dial surface this silver color instead of the cream color that was originally there, covering the outer area where the numbers are, which was gold colored, and they discarded the original hands, which were pent along the center to match the indices. The case is 14K gold. I believe it is a "His Excellency" but I am not sure of the model.

My parts book states that the hour/minute hands (#63-64) for the 10BP use model 10CBAC hands; the seconds hand (#65) calls for the 7AK.
The hr/min hands for the 10BM call for model 7AK. I would say that they are not compatible nor would fit the 10BP.
Other models that use the 10CBAC include: 10BZ series, 11AC series, and 11AF series. You could search for hands from any of those.

Ok, I spent some time looking at hands on Ebay, as well as looking at some of the information on this site. I think the abbreviation for my hands would be GDaP for gold dauphine, pitched. When I look at the hands for sale, there is always a number like a 19 or a 26 following the abbreviation. What does that mean?

The number, like 19, represents the length of the minute hand. I believe that should be the length in mm from center post to the outer track. Your dial does not have an outer seconds track, so however long the minute hand should be to where it meets that edge of the inner circle is the number you would need.

I scored a pair of NOS 10BP hands on Ebay. They are exactly the right length.
The dealer had a set of 10BP stick hands for sale and I contacted him and asked if he had any others. He had the right hands but hadn't listed them yet. He set up a listing including photos with them on a ruler.
Now, to see about that dial.
