Can anyone identify the model of this watch. I know it is from 1958 becuase the year stamp is L8.

I came across this one while researching another and take note that the "F" has a gold ring on the face. I agree the casing of subject watch is most likely an "F", but suspect the face and perhaps movement could be a swap from another HE in the series, or subject watch is an unknown variant. There seems to be multiple similar dials, several of which have not been found represented in ads. These watches are listed as generic HE as opposed to a variant designation.

HE "F" is two tone dial. Same watch with white dial is HE "G"
