This was my great grandfathers self winding watch. All I know of it so far is as follows
1958. - "I". - 14KT Gold. - 23 Jewels
I have found the same watches on here, but not with Coca Cola. I don't intend to sell it, but have always wanted to know it's approximate worth, and any other details that can be given to me. Also, I cannot open it myself, and I do believe I had the band changed yrs ago. I don't remember what the original looked like or if I have it stored somewhere.
Thank you so much!
I'd like to know more of the history on how Coca Cola became involved with Bulova. I think we have an advert somewhere that might shed some light on these particular branded watches.
Model wise your watch is a 1958 Bulova 23 "D". Loving the solid gold case,

Thank you so much!
Great piece of Coca Cola memorabilia. 1958 Bulova 23 "D" with custom dial. I am surprised it is not engraved with service award engraving so probably a sales award watch.

You know, I wondered myself if he was given this watch from his job. He worked for Chevron for MANY, MANY years, and they always gave gifts from time to time. So you may be on to something there!
Thank you!

I wish I could post the picture I found in the comments, but I did come across a 1958 Bulova with coca cola on it as well. If you google 1958 coca cola bulova it comes up. I believe it sold for 150.
I don't know how to go back and edit my precious post, but I have found several 1958 bulova with drink coca cola on them. I saw many of them today while looking around on google.
I was finally able to get the back off with my new tool! The underside says Bulova 14k New York with 4 numbers.. the first number is hard to see, I think it's a 3 or an 8 followed by 856.
