1954 Bulova 23 'F'
First year for the 23 series; case is nickel plated and dated L4; caseback is stainless steel; white dial version with sunburst pattern and silver hands and markers; selfwinding 10BPAC 23-jewel movement also dated L4; original band would have been an expansion type with leather inserts perhaps, NOS Bulova black leather strap added; original boxes and paperwork also.

23 F, impressive. I think these watches define Bulova style for the 1950's. I love it.
