It took me a while to find this one, as the movement is actually a 21-jewel movement. With that, I found this as the Martha Washington C.
The 21 jewel movement would use that triangular cap jewel, so record needs to be changed from 17 to 21. I think I also see an engraved 21 on the bridge.

The 17J had me stumped but yes I see 21J on tthe movement. 1957 Bulova Martha Washington "C" looks to be a good match.
