Hello,
Woman's watch. round 10K gold. There is a square on the movement and the Bulova date codes shows 2 different years for a square. The date I have specified (1936) is just a guess and the date of the watch is one of the things I'd like to know? The other thing is what is the model of the watch?
id like to thank whoever is commenting on my request. Much appreciated and a donation will be coming soon
Cheers

Thank you for posting your watch. Based on this 1936 ad this appears to be a 1936 Bulova Martha Washington. I also believe your case serial number begins with the number 6, not 0.

Nice watch and nice ad match, Jim.
Agreed

I also agree that first number of serial number is a poorly stamped "6"; which matches the date stamp on movement.
Could it be a Goddess of Time like this one with jeweler add on diamond ornaments? The lugs don't seem to be an exact match to the Martha Washington.

Here is an ad from 1938 more clearly showing the stepped lugs.

Thanks. That looks like a match from this ad.

Thank you all for the information I wanted. This watch came to me from a cousin who's mother ( my aunt) bought it new. It seems to work ok and keep good time. I'll be giving it to my granddaughter when she gets a little older.
Cheers!
