Watch Description

My grandmother's watch from the 1950s. The date# says L7 so that would mean 1957, but it looks more like a 1960, from what i'm seeing in online images. I believe it to be a la petite  23 (f) but not sure.  just looking for some more accurate information or confirmation of what I think.   I can't get the back off to see any inside info.

Stamped on the back U38428  -  10K rolled gold plate  -  Bulova L7  -  Everything is original except the front crystal/glass.  It was cracked and I had a jeweler replace it about 25 years ago.  It has a slight curve to it  -  Has a stretch band, no clasp  -  Small diamonds at top and bottom outside of face.  -  It is yellow gold with white gold at top and bottom with diamonds  -  Wind up still works and keeps accurate time  -  Reads Bulova 23 on face

Also, on the band, link closest to watch, stamped Bretton 50 (I think) see last photo
