Watch Description

This is one of the first bulova watches I ever purchased.   Smooth working self-winding model.  The yellow case is 10K RGP and at 34.1mm across seems large for 1957.  The case back is also gold in color with a silver screw on case ring.  Like many of mine I've never had the back off of this one.  It's tight and does not want to come loose so I don't have a movement pic.  The white dial is in nice shape with gold numbers at the compass points and spear-head shaped markers at the other hours.   Nice Bulova signed crown.  I added the leather croc-style band.  I'm very partial to this one and enjoy wearing it.  I should get it serviced and have a new crystal added at some point, but with a new crystal I probably wouldn't wear it as much.

I thought this was a clipper model when I bought it and now believe it may be a golden clipper.  Included an add from the site with my pics.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks for the line book image!  Price in the book also matches the add.  At $85 this was not a cheap watch in 1957.
