'AMBASSADOR'
That's what I was thinking, Mark, but I can find no matches.
It is the direct descendant of the early 50's Duo-Wind.

ad is 1957 - I think We see Your Watch depicted as the "J" variant Reverend, although the White Dial version would not be the "J"
I agree it's a match for the Ambassador 'J' but with a white dial as detailed in the above advert.
Generic Ambassador for me at the moment. Will check the pricing guides tonight to see if there is any info to add.
I have no idea as to the model, but I like.
gary
Is this still to be added to the adverts? I don't see it anywhere.
The ad is found in the Forums / Vintage Bulova information sharing / New Bulova watch ads 1950 - 1959. http://www.mybulova.com/forums/new-bulova-watch-ads-1950-1959
Ambassador J with dial color variant.
Ok, got it. I'm going along with Ambassador. Not entirely convinced of the variant 'J'. It's possible the dial colour makes it another variant.
Posted new pics of side and lug detail.
