Back Outside - 10K Rolled Gold Plate Bulova L6 R991877. -  Back Inside - Bulova Fifth Ave New York. -  Movement - Bulova Watch Co 6BC 17 Jewels L5 USA ,   Could be goddess of time line but there no serial numbers matching. There the goddess of time D but that is two tone but serial numbers different but style looks like it.
