This is a Bulova Ladies watch in 14K White Gold with two (2) Diamonds.
I didn't find a match to this one. It seems like it's down the La Petite line but that's a bit of a guess.

Could this watch be the "Juliana?
I found this ad from Watchophilia.com.
When you zoom in the lugs look different I think. It is hard to make out detail in some of these old ads.

My watch, I believe is the "Juliana". The fan style lugs on the Juliana, are the same to me.
According to the illustration (such as it is) the setting for the diamonds are round but the subject watch's are cat's eye, if that is the right descriptor.
The lugs on the subject watch are very distinctive, what I would call art deco/lyre type, with those two little ribbon embellishments.
