Ok, so I dated this with the 47 on the movement and the movement model is 6BK. I started looking in the database and it looks close to a "Diana". There are a couple differences with this one though as it has design on the lugs along with 2 geniune diamonds at each end of the watch just above the lugs. I'm hoping ya'll can help verify what I have here. I appreciate any help!
Bobby
Ok, I was looking thru some of Bulovas ads. I think I found this as a 1948 Bernice.
look as Juliana, ad from 1947

This is what confuses me. Your ad looks like the watch also. The movement has a date code of "47" I presume for 1947. The movement number of "6BK" , when I searched it in the database was showing manf. DATE OF 1948. ??
Holy moly, my posted multiplied. Maybe the mods can take the duplicates out? Sorry!

by case serial number is year of manufacture also the 1947
that's in the database is listed on movement 6BK year of manufacture from 1948 may not be entirely precise information
Well if it's a 1947, then I would have to agree with you on the Juliana. Looks just like it. Also, would this be a "cushion case"?
1947 ad snippet and watch.

I agree w/ 1947 Juliana for ID. This is a first for this model in this decade. There's another Juliana ID'ed in the database, but its from 1927
I think it is a good match to the Juliana.
I really appreciate ya'lls help guys. Looks like ya nailed it with the Juliana. I picked this up for $15 and it runs. I'm in the process of learning watch servicing and repairing and hope for the day that I am able to service this.
For $15, I'd say you did well Bobby! Sometime the hunt is the exciting part, other times it's the having that excites me.
I'm going with Juliana for the ID as well.
