1954 - I was thinking Goddess of Time, the case looks like the ad but it is not 2 tone, it is all white gold. The ad looks like the case but the ad is for the 2 tone GOT I think.
A very popular model that was well advertised. The only ads I can find with a variant is for "B" which we have determined is the two tone model by the color ad. I will go with a generic GOT for now. Edit: "A" based on the ad Ken posted.

Nice ad find Ken, "A" it is. There are a gazillion ads for the "B" and another gazillion with no referrence to a variant. I was only able to find two ads that states it come in yellow or white. This one is from Dec 17, 1953, The Daily News.
