I believe this to be a "Goddess of Time" - I don't know what variant. The bracelet is a half solid in the front... really seems era and possibly original. Which would make this a specific variant of which I don't know. I've seen this as the Goddess of Time with 2 different variant letters from 1942 to 1946 so... don't know which.
