This is a Bulova Ladies watch in 14K White Gold with eight (8) Diamonds.
Love the end pieces, just beautiful.
I'm thinking a 'La Petite' of some variant, but I haven't found anything yet.
La Petites where usually 23J movements. I've spent a few hours looking and the closest I can come to a model series might be the Bulova Empress. There seems to be a few variants, but still nothing to confirm. The series were 21J 14K solid gold, with various diamond configurations.
For now though I's say Unknown, even though I'm sure I've seen this model somewhere before.
I had a look through the 50s and didn't find a match.
