I think this is one of the most lovely AG models and I was please to pick this one up. I haven't been able to find an ad for this beauty yet.
It is 10K gold filled with 2 diamond accents. The rest is nicely engraved. The movement started ticking with a couple of turns. This was a pleasant surprise as it was listed as not working. Both the case and movement are date stamped L4. Like this yellow gold one in the DB https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1952-american-girl-5745
I am unable to find the variant for this particular design, but it is part of the American Girl line.
Kathy, it´s white or yellow gold ? Maybe "F" variant ?

In reply to Kathy, it´s white or yellow by jabs
It is white jabs. I believe the "F" is the yellow version of the "G" like this one https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1954-american-girl-10038 very similar but this one has engraving and 2 diamonds.
What a swell find Kathy, it's in wonderful condition! I don't think there's any question that it's an American Girl. Short of an advert I'll have to skip a variant assignment as well.

Thank you Geoff. Hopefully an ad will pop up down the road.
Sorry, I missed the boat on this one.
Nice watch! 1954 American Girl she is.
I believe this is a match, 1957 line book, page 20
