Oooh, I don't like these multi-name models!

Beautiful watch, the Ambassador/Everett/Gedney!

Ads for the Everett between 1952/54, Gedney ads are all from 1954 (I found around 5 from different shops!). Pre-1952 this is the Ambassador.

Agree with jabs, Everett.

Based on new research as found in the 1955-57 Line Book BAWD 0127 this is actually a 1953 Bulova Woodside.

This model changed name a few times, Everett, Gedney and then Woodside. All had the model number 38103 and was priced at $69.50 as shown in the ad above.

Everett. (1951-1952)

January 1953 it became the Gedney (different expansion band)

November 1954 it became the Woodside (different expansion band again)

1951-1955 Bulova Everett, Gedney, Woodside

Sorry for the confusion,. I'm suggesting that in 1953 the 38103 changed from Everett to Gedney as shown above in the price guides and linebooks.

  • 1951-52 = Everett
  • 1953 = Gedney
  • 1954 = Woodside.
