Just picked this one up and it's a dead match to this one, right down to the Bretton scissor expansion band. The band shows a really cleaver jeweler repair with 3 replaced links. One would think it would have been cheaper to replace the band, which might indicate this is perhaps the original that was saved by the owner?
Movement is L1 and case is L2. I think this may be one that is named by date of production, either Standish or Stanton. I picked a lot of crud out of the band recesses, otherwise as received and keeping time.
Another great find. I like that the original band has been repaired, adds character and life to the watch. I based on the watches in the DB I will go with Standish.
