Watch Description

-Possible Bulova Kirk from 1952

Case is 10K Yellow RGP with a stainless steel back, dated L2; movement is a Swiss-made 17-jewel 10BT, also dated L2; butler finish dial with gilt markers and applied numerals; expansion band came on the watch and is similar to bands used on other Bulova models, it is different from the ad I found, but ad is two years later and band style may have changed.

Ad is from 1952, Lansing State Journal Michigan, 12 Nov. I've had no luck finding another ad, so just this one for now.

I no longer own the watch, and is being presented here with permission from the new owner.

Advert doesn't lie. I couldn't find any other adverts to confirm but this one looks good.

1952 Bulova Kirk, great clean looking watch.

Thanks everyone. I think there are a few of these as Unknowns in the database, will need to find them and update to Kirk.
