JJ model has fluted edges around the bezel and is not the same lugs.

I think it's a Windsor too, good catch. It is a 1949 Alexander, unless the movement bears a later date code, we would consider it a '49. Welcome to myBulova, glad you stopped by.

10BH did come in both 17 and 21 jewel
Windsor looks right to me, need correct jewel count
