Thr obvious choice here is the Douglas, but yeah... I think it may fall as a Doug in thr Excellency line. That dial is different and the year.

This looks to be a Douglas case but the dial seems more like it came from a 1948 Andrew. I cannot find any ads with this dial.

Case is 1948 Douglas - I would classify it as such noting the dial is not correct.
