According to date code on movement , 1945. There is no date code or other markings on the outside of case.
I've noticed there is another one like it with a lot of questions of it's case and markings : I have a 1949 thats almost Identical and it has year on the inside along with serial, however this has 265 and no date..

I love these watches. Sadly this one is an Unknown without an ad to support it. Like this one https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1946-unknown-5678?page=2 It could be a variant of the Practitioner but we haven't found an ad for it yet. Like the American Nurse had both versions.
Unknown for now

I say on in here that had a lot of questions surrounding it, it was a 1945 watertite.

Well yes you are right. Like this one https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1945-watertite-10291 I am not sure what the differences are between the Unknown and the Watertite. Probably the sealing and back.

That's like it. I have the 49 in the same size. It is dated on the inside.
I also have other 49s but different in sizes and screw backs
