I have one as well and I love it Mine came with the original bracelet and it really sets of the case off.
Cartier did, and still does Vermeil, but I'm not certain if this is the same thing, exactly. It's actually better. In this case, the watch case is rolled gold over sterling and vermeil is typically electroplated. In the old days it was fire gilded before the process was banned.
