Watch Description
This was my fathers watch and other than it is a Bulova and it says "Bulova 10K Gold Filled on the back with the case number, I know nothing else about it. I almost threw it away! It winds and it works great. Any info would be appreciated. Has 21 Jewels. Thanks.

so this has no checks rating ID match to ad. Wrong year listed in root ID. Case serial number suggests 1943. Looks like early 1940's President to me (or President A, if we assume that is what the variant letter would be for the top ad Wayne listed).
