Fancy engraving that extends only slightly past the lugs along the lower stepped edge of the bezel. There is a very tiny coin edge detail that extends along the upper edge of the lower step of the bezel between the fancy engraving. The crown is unmarked. 16mm lugs. In the preview of this post the year 1941 is coming up for this Unknown. Not sure why since the "T" code is for 1942. Maybe based on the case number?
Hello LCOX, welcome to myBulova. I think the watch is 1942 based on the leading serial number "2" and the "T" movement date code. We have similar watches ID'd as Aviator and Aviator "B", your's is the same I think, it's just a couple years older than what we've seen.
I agree, this is similar to the Aviator. 1942 looks to be the correct date.
Aviator "B" it is
Thanks to everyone for their help in identifying this watch for me!
