Unfortunately someone pulled the sweep second hand assembly out before it came to me. It looks to be the single button chronograph but I'm not sure.

The real name for what collectors heave been calling this "single button Chrono" is the Bulova Stop-Watch of all things.

I believe that's what you have here.

I find about half of these watches are missing the chronograph module.   They must not have been reliable. 1942 Bulova Stop Watch.
