1942 Arnold - In outstanding condition but it does not tick. The Arnold came with a scissor/leather combo band but they should have offered one like this as well, it really compliments the engraving. Looks like a redial as well...older job but really well done.

Best I can tell it is just dirty and the balance seems to be off kilter, it doesn't move freely and it is cocked to one side
