Bulova 1941 Spencer

This gem is Tonneau shaped, has a Copper Face and 14K Rolled Rose Gold Bezel with Stainless back.  Face is Copper coloured, with a ladder style perimeter, black numerals on all locations, with the exception of 6 which has the sub second hand set in a circle, surrounded by a broad elliptical frame. Hands are all blued and in the "Modern" style . Movement is 17 Jewel, 8AE, with asterisk date code.  Stainless Steel Case back has Serial Number stamped on one end # 1450228, while inner case has Bulova 14K Rolled Gold Bezel and Stainless Back .     Spencer 1941 or 2?
