Finally ID'd after 3 years of looking.
I'm re-listing this as an 'Unknown'. I must admit that when I originally ID's it I must have only have a low-res image. It certainly isn't the Minute Man I thought it was.
Any ideas?

Too bad you don't have the crystal specs.!? It's most likely the 1940/41 "Bruce?" But without an old crystal and/or bezel... (or any crystal sales) I can't rationalize being of much more help here...

and the Charles Crystal is
GS BB Perfit
CMW 700 CMW 2527 (207) HMB 253/2 (208)
