1940 Bulova 17J 7AP movement with an Omega date code, Rose Gold 10K RGP bezel and caseback measuring 39.1 mm lug to lug and 20.5mm across, 15mm between the unique hidden lugs, Copper colored dial with silver minutes track and Black painted numbers, Brown leather strap, 4x signed
Very good running and accurate to within 2 minutes in 24 hours, dial has some lite staining, and unfortunately the caseback has wear through on 2 of the 4 high points
Oh you know I saw this one.... looks like an longer version of my unknown 1941 of last week or so... those round lug wells... so different.
You might want it for a family reunion?? Big brother?
Yep 100% unknown...at this stage.
Gorgeous watch.

'BRUNSWICK' - or is this the shorter version?
In reply to 1946 Ad 'BRUNSWICK' - or is by FifthAvenueRes…
Lugs look different and open where the band attaches, so does the dial.
This looks more like it is a varient of the 1941 Broadcaster

I think this is the Grant.... the ad is from 1939.

Panel - do we need to re-open? I agree that it appear to be the Grant
Found another Grant advert. I'd be tentative on the ID.

Here is another ad that says 10K rolled gold plate. Seems to look like a match to me.
