Yes I believe you are right, Priscilla she is. A black cord band would go nicely on her. Will be the first from 1939 in the DB. There is one from 1940 and one from 1941 if you want to compare : )

I believe I have one of those bands around here somewhere. It's one one of those non-conformers I have...unless bulova ever used a wittenauer case for a lady's watch
