I'm needing a set bridge for this beauty. It works great but the winding stem has to be held out manually to set time. Broken/snapped of piece has be removed so not to cause any damage .

The watch will function without issue with a broken Sautoir, (Setting Lever Spring/Bridge) and as you say you have removed the skinny broken bit. As you also mention, you just have to hold the stem out to set it.
I'll look in my stock and see if I have one.

Thanks reverend Rob. There are some on e bay pretty cheap (donor movements), however they have the dials on so I can't see if the piece is intact or not. The one I do see has some discoloration/rust right where they break.
