Nicely chased yellow metal hinged case. Inside marked, "Bulova Quality", "American Standard".
Has a plain pigskin band that appears period correct as shown in some of the 1925 ads here.
Appears to be a "Banker". Has the hands of a 1925 Banker ad shown in the files here..
Case serial range is lower than the 1925 listed on this site.
Otherwise looks like an extra chased version of this model as it was from 1925 - 29.
The watch is a 1925 Bulova Treasurer. The hands are probably much later and date to around the 1940s. That Banker model is the same minus the engraved case.
The advert on the right is incorrect and shows how jewellers sometimes got model IDs wrong when advertising
