Hi all just purchased this off ebay .( Farragut ) pwould appriciate members opinons the date stamp on the movemqqent is a 1935 over stamped with 1936 mark . It is a 10k rolled gold case. Once l receive the watch l will try and put a better picture of the movement on the site. Regards to all
Farragut for me.
Nice clean looking one too.
Bob.
I got for a snip too if it looks as good in real life as the pics im gonna be very pleased with it
Looks like there's two ads for this model. One Bobbee found from 1937:

Another Jerin found from same year but apparently a different publication or different ad (although it sure looks like Jerin's ad could be a snippet of Bobbee's ad above).

I think we have three or four examples of watches ID'ed as Farragut, and they all have 7 jewel movements vs. the advertised 15 jewels.
I was also expecting to see some markings on the inside case back of subject watch.
Hi W.S.
I receivd the watch today and there is the usual bulova markings inside case ie fifth ave .bulova . 10k rolled g. It was just a bad photo as they are very faint
Regards george
