Appears to be a 1935 Bulova 'Marquise' with a platinum case. The watch is in mint condition with all diamonds intact. The dial is a little dirty but hardly noticeable. The cord on the bracelet has been replaced & the hands & crown appear to be original. the watch has been serviced & runs well. Inside the case reads: .100 IRIDIUM - .500 PLATINUM - 80013 - The case back reads: - BULOVA - .100 IRIDIUM - .500 PLATINUM
What a beautiful watch. Congratulations on owning such a wonderful piece.

So the strap clasp is 14K, but does the case also indicate 14Kt anywhere. I think the platinum have the gold combo for front and back, but I could be wrong.

Hi
It is a very beautiful watch, my wife loves it . The 14K version was listed at $150 which is very close to $3,000US in today's dollars.
I have checked the upper part of the case inside & out & there is nothing written on it. The colour, texture & finish of the upper part exactly matches that of the Platinum lower section so I can only conclude that the upper section is Platinum as well.
This one is a beauty for sure!
