This is a two toned 1934 Bulova 17 Jewel, 10 AN movement, sporting a hinged case. The case is also stamped on is end where you open it, "BULOVA". It has a little wear but not to bad. Any idea's?
Un-engraved LE.

1934 ad sure looks similar. Ad doesn't say "two tone" but it's just the top of outter steps and sides of bezel which are "white" on Plains watch.
Plains, can you check the case serial number?
Lone Eagle mk.5.
1934 Lone Eagle. This one is the 2 tone unengraved. Per info here, there were 6 versions of this casing:
Yellow gold engraved
Yellow gold unengraved
White gold engraved
white gold unengraved
2 tone unengraved
Well shock horror, I believe we now have evidence of this actually being a 1934 Bulova Lone Eagle. One of 6 variations for this particular model, which came in white, two-tone, yellow (x3) in both plain and engraved cases (x2).
