It is a single row extending onto the lugs.

...also looks like there's a movement serial number. Kinda looks like the unknow from yesterday, but with mintue track which matches bezel opening/shape. Wonder if there's an inside case back serial number, as in linked unknown example?

Based on the fact that Bulova Watches of the early / mid 1930's era seem to be offered in Yellow or White, engraved and non engraved variaties is enough to sway Me.
