Juat a really pristine watch. Almost looks NOS to me. Sporting a Maxim braclet that I believe hasn't been off the watch and looks new as well.
Interestingly... a 7 Jewel Treasurer?

Definitely a Treasurer case. We have previously ID'd a 7J version before. https://mybulova.com/watches/1931-treasurer-10951. Possibly a movement swap until an ad shows up confirming 7J variant.

Weirdly in that early 30's area we've seen several watches show up the 7 jewel. I think this guy goes together or at least they got the perfect match with the square shield stamped.
I'd call this one a Treasurer - looks to be in pretty nice condition.
That is a beauty! I am good with Treasurer.
1931 Bulova Treasurer (possible movement replacement)
1931 Treasurer - I wonder if perhaps Bulova downgraded the movement to stimulate sales at a lower price point due to the Depression.
