can't quite make out the case serial number, but the movement serial number looks like 9709?

DarHin...in that example there are some numbers on dial side of main plate...wonder if this example has number on dial side of plate too....and what they might mean?
Bulova Quality inside case back signature, with a seven digit serial number appearing to start with a "1"?

Seems to match member Plains' 1931 "Ardsley" watch in database, and this 1931 ad.
1932 Ad confirming the Ardsley came with a 17J movement.
