Hinged rectangular case measures 36.7mm x 24.4mm non-inclusive of the Crown using calipers. The Case back is marked Bulova New York, 14K Gold Filled with the June 10, 1924 Patent date. Silvered (Butler) finish Dial shows applied Gilt numerals, a sub-second Dial appears at 6 O'clock. Hands are Black (blued) 'modern' style.

I'm noting for the first time the lugs on all the Spencer adverts are actually different from the actual real-life examples we see. Not a major issue as we've seen this kind-of-thing before with the CC LE models.
Seems a 1929 Bulova Spencer is still the best bet.
