I think the movement symbol is a shield, hard to tell casue the movement isnt in great shape. Thought it could be a revere, hour markers are not painted on, they are raised from the dial.

In that case, matching dial and hands it has.
We see many models of this era advertised with a raised Gilt Dial and also with Radium painted.
