Hinged case with black enamel on 8 locations around the bezel.
Wow! You got a time machine or what?
3 Stars.
We've seen this 'Dress' type Dial before, many times.
Very nice.
...but an ad showing the Curtis came w/ teh "dress dial"? ...and it's housing a 1927 movement....
The dial on this watch looks like it is off of a early 50's Treasurer, it doesn't fit the dial styles of the late 20's and neither do the hands...Non-Conforming would be a better call on this one.
I'll give one tick for unconfirmed for now. Thanks OT
EDIT: 2012/09/13
...and with the new 1930 Loftis Jewelers ad for President Madison, this may change the id further...

'PRESIDENT MADISON'

Pres Madison two ticks from me....it's not like it's gonna be anything esle with the "dress dial" - other than non-conforming like OT mentioned. I think the Pres Madison ID is better than Curtis and/or non-conforming.
