All parts are original
hands are no luminophor, will be restore
dial original owner had repaired to blue tone, I would like refinish it to the original condition, what you think ??
update 26.11.2013 change front image after dial refinishing (IDC)
Definately needs to be redone as original. We might just be able to see the hands against the butler dial. The lumed figures need some help as well. It's a nice watch redone. See http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1928-conqueror-4889 for what it could look like.

Your watch looks perfectly, somehow it represents. Need to find a company that did refinish.
