I appreciate the info. That's what I came up with from my research aswell. I just couldn't find a Lady Maxim with the same dial. I think the Roman numerals and the fact it was 18k gold case was the rare part of the watch. I wonder it a could figure out the stem it takes and see if I could get it running? I think running would increase the value aswell correct? Thank you

A stem and crown shouldn't be too hard to source from a matching donor movement

The dial can be seen here, very similar to the Gents early 1920's 'HUDSON MAXIM' pocket watch.
